Returns & Exchanges (Nonrefundable)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are acceptable with the understanding that it will be exchanged for another item of the same value. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.angkreations@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in a timely manner. Once the return package is received and reviewed, you will receive an email of confirmation, and your requested item will be mailed out in 1-2 business days if in stock. Please note: most items are made to order, so if not in stock, allow up to 30 days to receive your product.
I do not accept cancellations, however, please feel free to contact me with any problems concerning your order.
Damages and issues
We are not responsible for damages incurred in the shipping process. When the package leaves our hands and on its way to you, any damages done to the package are the fault of the shipper (ie. USPS, UPS). Due to the packaging quality, the damage is highly unlikely. Please see the return policies above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized or customized products such as colors not shown as is on the site, or intimate items (for healthy and hygienic purposes).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
