Shipping policy

All orders are sent through USPS with insurance and a tracking number.

Custom orders will take longer. We will keep you informed. Upon completion, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping Available

**Buyers are responsible for any and all fees. All items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms.

All international orders will be sent First Class Mail International via USPS and delivery confirmation will be given for international orders if available. Please be aware that customs policies vary country to country. Additional customs clearance may required which can cause delivery delays. 

**Please note: All provided addresses must be in English and all International orders must include the first and last name of the recipient.

Packaging:

All items will be packaged in clear resealable cellophane bags and shipped into a polymailer bag (waterproof, sealproof, tearproof) to ensure dryness and cleanliness during shipping. Included will be an invoice, business card, and care instructions. 

If the shipping address is different from the address provided, please contact us immediately. If no special instructions was provided, the order will be sent to the address provided through Shopify. Please be sure that your address is current and someone can sign or take receipt of the package. Any package returned to use will not be resent until a viable is provided.
